What you’ll be doing
* Deliver relaxed, memorable dining experiences for every guest
* Lead a section during service and support the wider front‑of‑house team
* Share expert knowledge of our menus, daily specials, wines, and drinks
* Anticipate guest needs and offer thoughtful, confident recommendations
* Work closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service
* Support and mentor junior team members during service
* Uphold the high standards that define the Rick Stein name at all times
What we’re looking for
* A friendly, positive attitude and a natural sense of hospitality
* Previous waiting experience, with confidence running a section independently
* A genuine interest in food, wine, and seafood
* Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with guests
* A team player who thrives in a busy, professional environment
* Someone who leads by example and takes pride in great service
