You’ll Be Responsible For
* Delivering client‑focused outcomes through effective cost planning, procurement, and achievement of strategic KPIs.
* Upholding integrity, managing ethically viable operations and driving net zero carbon transition.
* Creating opportunity by mentoring teams, championing innovation, and embedding continuous improvement across all activities.
* Managing feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and contract approvals, ensuring compliance and robust reporting.
* Managing cost planning, valuations, and financial control, presenting accurate post‑contract reports to clients.
* Overseeing claims, design changes, and completion processes, securing stakeholder confidence and project success.
* Driving performance improvement, mentor teams, and champion net zero carbon transition across all activities.
You’ll Need To Have
* Degree in quantity surveying or cost management.
* Professional membership (MRICS/RICS or equivalent), progressing toward fellowship.
* Extensive leadership and consultancy experience, strong commercial and financial acumen.
* Expertise in value engineering, sustainability, and stakeholder management across diverse teams.
