The Role
The Executive Assistant supports consultants and associates across the business, interacting with Sheffield Haworth global offices and working as part of an EA team. The EA’s role is to assist the team with all their administrative needs in addition to working with the wider operations team to assist in supporting the smooth running of the London office.
Key Responsibilities
* Diary management
* Scheduling client and candidate meetings
* Preparing client material and candidate profiles, collating and presenting team data and market information
* Creating, proofreading and checking all client facing documents (e.g., job specifications, pitch documents, research reports, CV’s etc.)
* Maintaining the Company Database and working with hubs in India as needed for data entry / document formatting
* Demonstrates compliance with GDPR regulations
* Manages the financial aspects of the billing process, including expense processing
* Support the integration of new hires by coordinating induction itineraries, with input from team
* Organising travel arrangements and itineraries
* General administration support according to the needs of the team
* Dealing with initial IT enquires and needs before directing queries to the IT helpdesk
* Provide ad hoc reception cover
* Answering and directing all queries received via email or telephone as needed

Skills & Experience
* Proven track record in a team assistant, executive assistant or coordination role
* Excellent IT skills are essential, including advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
* Search database experience is beneficial but not essential
* The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate effective prioritisation and time management skills
