Are you a strategic leader with a technical edge and a passion for driving sales performance? We're looking for a
Spare Parts Manager
to lead our internal sales team, grow profitability, and deliver outstanding customer support across our spare parts function.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing spare parts sales team
* Setting and delivering sales budgets, targets, and forecasts
* Managing supplier and agency performance against KPIs
* Ensuring prompt enquiry handling and quotation turnaround
* Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
* Identifying and converting new business opportunities
* Providing expert technical support for diesel engine spare parts
* Preparing performance reports and presenting insights to senior leadership
* Championing QHSE and ISO compliance across all activities
Success Looks Like
* Same-day enquiry acknowledgement
* Quotation turnaround:
* 2 days (franchised products)
* 7 days (non-franchised products)
* High customer satisfaction and issue resolution
* Profit delivery and achievement of departmental targets
* Staff development and performance appraisals
Based in our office, with travel across the UK and internationally to visit customers and attend exhibitions.
What You'll Bring
Experience & Skills:
* Proven management experience
* Ability to secure and manage large accounts
* Knowledge of diesel engines and offshore Marine/Oil & Gas sectors
* Strong communication and IT skills (Microsoft Office)
