Durrington Multi Academy Trust is seeking to appoint an outstanding leader who can support the development of the vision, values, and ethos of the Trust. The successful candidate will inspire and empower others to achieve these goals. The Director of Primary Education will report to the CEO and the Board of Trustees, overseeing the development and performance of primary provision within the Trust. This is a newly created position at an exciting time for DMAT, and we are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team.
Job Details
* Salary: L21-25 £84,699-£93,424 (dependent on impact and experience)
* Contract Type: Permanent
* Working Pattern: Year-round, Teachers' terms and conditions
* Location: Based at Durrington High School / Working across the Trust

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and NPQH
* Minimum of 4 years of successful primary headship experience with impact
* Proven leadership impact in various settings or within a school that has shown significant improvement
* A strong track record of improving school outcomes
* Ability to support local committees and trustees effectively
* Excellent knowledge of the primary curriculum, teaching, and assessment
* Strong understanding of Early Years education
