About The Role

The Transport Administrator role primarily supports the depot management team with varied administrative functions. Focusing on; accurately reporting on depot performance, T100 and debriefs. As the transport administrator you will be required to work any 5 out of 6 days, Monday to Saturday.
Main responsibilities:
* Conduct detailed debrief of drivers/porters after their routes each day
* Collect all FleXipod devices from the drivers
* Ensure all drivers have completed their relevant vehicle checks at the end of the day and downloaded their tachograph card
* Any vehicle/box defects that are reported within the debrief are to be directed to the supervisor, in order to book in for repair
* Accurately reporting on a number of key areas such as; working time,loading, route variance and feeding this back to Depot Management/ HeadOffice
* Monitor routes alongside the supervisor for anything running late, action assistance accordingly
* T100 tasks to be actioned with drivers/porters upon debrief
* Dispatching of afternoon Trunker drivers
* Various excel reports to email to Head Office daily/weekly
* Basic administrative duties such as; Answering of emails, telephone calls and filing daily

About You
Mandatory:
* At least 1 years experience working in a busy admin role
* Proficient in excel, outlook and other Microsoft packages
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
