As Reservations Agent you will be responsible for:
* Providing luxury service to guests and bookers alike, and use sales techniques when assisting in making reservations, including personalizing calls, obtaining complete guest needs and information, contact details
* Completing daily tasks as specified on the Reservations checklist
* Partaking in a positive brand culture and participate in being an effective team that is committed to organizational goals and initiatives
* Managing group blocks and rooming lists once contract is signed
* Identifying cross-selling opportunities for both properties
