Key Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment process, including:
1. Building, developing, and managing a permanent social care recruitment desk
2. Recruiting permanent candidates into social care roles across the Midlands
3. Business development and account management within the social care sector
4. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle: job briefing, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and placement
