You will work alongside the Designated Social Care Officer to lead on key service developments, co-production with families and young people, and the co-creation of the new Barnsley Short Breaks Team. ? Key Responsibilities Collaborate across social care, SEND, health, and education partners Support and deliver training Lead co-production initiatives with parents/carers and children Drive improvement projects in a tight timeframe Provide leadership support to colleagues (supervision experience desirable) ??
