The opportunity
We are looking for high-performing Managers to join our Life Actuarial practice. As a team member, you will lead client work and collaborate internally to develop innovative propositions. Managers oversee projects, liaise with clients and senior team members, manage junior staff, and ensure project delivery and operational metrics are met.
Work scope includes:
* Traditional reporting and audit support
* Mergers & acquisitions, due diligence
* Capital management, regulatory support, strategic change
* Transformation including accounting and operational change
* Technology change involving analytics, automation, ML/AI
* Investment advisory for insurers and asset managers
Your key responsibilities
* Manage delivery of key projects
* Handle operational metrics, resourcing, budgeting, and scoping
* Create insights and contribute to thought leadership
* Improve operational efficiency and ensure project completion
* Manage time, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communication
* Mentor junior team members and foster a learning culture
* Contribute to technical capability development and client engagement
* Collaborate across disciplines and geographies

Minimum qualifications
* Experience in Life insurance, from a provider or consultancy
