Commercial Real Estate Paralegal - Central London
A well-established, medium-sized London law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their busy property team. This role offers hands-on exposure to high-quality transactional work, supporting experienced solicitors and Partners across a varied client base. The successful candidate will join a collaborative and well-structured team with development and progression prospects in commercial property law.
Responsibilities
* Support on acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and asset management work.
* Assist with drafting legal documents, carrying out title reviews, and preparing reports on title.
* Liaise directly with clients and third parties; support due diligence, file management, and transaction coordination.
* Contribute to a well-rounded and commercially focused client service.
* Provide general administration and coordination to assist junior team members and Partners as needed.
Qualifications
* A Law degree or equivalent qualification.
* Previous experience within a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal role or similar.
* A strong interest in commercial property law.
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
