Full Time Cover Supervisor - Swindon
Monarch Education is recruiting experienced cover supervisors to join our branch in Swindon.
Requirements: All applicants must have teaching experience and the right to work in the UK.
We work with numerous secondary schools across Swindon and seek an excellent practitioner for full-time work. As a member of the Monarch Teaching Team, you will be regularly placed in a group of schools, teaching a variety of subjects.
The Role
This is a full-time supply cover supervisor position, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is adaptable. It offers the opportunity for full-time employment, exposure to different schools and headteachers, and broadening your experience.
* Daily pay: £120 - £140
* Work schedule: 5 days per week (part-time considered)
* Start date: September 2025
* Weekly pay with options for PAYE and Umbrella payroll
* Immediate availability
Working for Monarch
* As part of the Monarch Teaching Team, you will not be placed in more than a few schools.
* You will have the opportunity to build good relationships and often be booked in advance.
* If unavailable on a certain day, you can amend your availability to take the day off.
You will be supported by a dedicated consultant available 7 days a week.
