Are you a compassionate and skilled Consultant Geriatrician looking to make a meaningful impact on patient care? We are seeking a Consultant to join our dynamic team at Inverclyde Royal Hospital.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to various patient needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide clinical leadership and expertise in the management of acute medical conditions
* Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with the patient, family members, and other healthcare professionals.
* Work alongside an AHP Consultant in the delivery of modern inpatient care
* Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and ensure timely communication with physicians and other stakeholders.
