The RoleThe Finance Assistant is a brilliant opportunity to join a highly talented and performing finance function. The successful individual will be responsible for all aspects of transactional finance and month-end, there will also be apart to play in developing processes, procedures, controls & systems:The key components of the role will be:
* Ownership of accounts payable - invoicing, mailboxes, supplier statement, payment runs, supplier interaction
* Assisting with month-end
* Bank account management & reconciliations
* Occasional accounts receivable coverage
* Assisting with developing processes, procedures, controls & systems
On OfferThe position of Finance Assistant is based in South Lanarkshire and will offer:

Candidate ProfileWe are keen to engage with individual’s who meet the following criteria:
* 2+ years within Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger experience
* Month-end exposure advantageous but not essential
* Strong communication skills
* Proficient user of Excel
