Job Responsibilities Client Support: Deliver comprehensive pre-sales, in-process, and after-sales technical support to our installer clients across the UK. Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical guidance and conduct training sessions for both internal teams and external partners, ensuring a high level of technical proficiency. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional team members on customer visits, perform in-depth technical troubleshooting, and contribute to market research initiatives. Documentation Management: Develop and maintain meticulous service documentation, including detailed service reports, accurate maintenance records, and comprehensive customer communication logs. Ad-hoc Tasks: Undertake other tasks and assignments as directed by management to support operational needs. Job Requirements Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Power Systems, Automation, Renewable Energy, or a closely related field. Language Proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin and English, essential for effective internal and external communication. Client-Facing Skills: Strong client-facing abilities, with a proven capacity to independently manage and resolve on-site technical issues. Travel Flexibility: A willingness to travel frequently for business purposes, often on short notice, to support our diverse client base. Industry Experience (Preferred): Prior experience in Photovoltaic (PV) systems, inverters, or energy storage systems is highly advantageous. Driving Licence: Possession of a valid driver's licence is considered an asset.
