Vehicle Sales Administrator – Kidwelly
Our client, a prominent multi-franchise automotive dealership group based across South Wales and England, is seeking a Vehicle Sales Administrator to join their head office in Kidwelly. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to support their vehicle sales and management teams. The Sales Administrator position offers the chance to work within a state-of-the-art facility alongside a friendly and professional team, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations.

Assist in processing vehicle sales from initial order to delivery
Manage vehicle registration and taxation via AFRL systems
Raise invoices and maintain accurate vehicle files
Prepare and verify reports for internal and external stakeholders
Maintain vehicle records in compliance with company standards
Provide administrative support to sales and management teams for operational efficiency
Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as requiredRequirements for the Sales Administrator role:
Previous experience as a Vehicle Sales Administrator would be highly advantageous
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Experience with DMS systems such as Kerridge is preferred
A background in administration with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work as part of a team
