The Role

We are looking for two highly motivated, organised, and enthusiastic Operations Administrators to join our growing team in Solihull.

You'll support the delivery of NHS and social care services by coordinating administrative tasks, managing appointment logistics, and supporting healthcare professionals and clients. This is a fantastic entry point for someone looking to grow within a healthcare-focused organisation.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for health and social care professionals.
* Pre-populate documentation and collate patient files to support assessments
* Update internal and client systems and track service delivery progress.
* Prepare reports and templates for NHS and social care commissioners.
* Maintain excellent communication with the individuals, their representatives, health and social care professionals, clients, and team members.
* Attend meetings with NHS clients to support operational delivery.
* Support business development by contributing to service growth and quality improvement

What We're Looking For

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator — written and verbal
* Motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Passionate about improving healthcare delivery and supporting vulnerable individuals
* Degree desirable but not essential

An Enhanced DBS Check will be required for this role.
