LGM Developments are a Prestigious building contracting company working across multiple bespoke & high-end projects.
We are seeking a skilled general builder to join our strong team.
Requirements;
* Previous experience in similar roles within domestic high end construction
* Good knowledge of construction and various building methods
* Experience of ground works, drainage, basic masonry works
* Concreting, insulation etc
* Experience of basic carpentry
* Responsible and reliable with good work ethic
* Own reliable transport and tools
* Team player, good communicator and capable of following clear instructions.
This is would be a self employed position. This could stem to a very long run of work for the right candidate. Please only apply if you fit in with the above requirements. Fortnightly payment.
Rates of pay negotiable and subject to experience and output
