Overview

Would you like to work in an inclusive school with a commitment to ensure all thrive? An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Swallowdale Primary School as a Learning Support Assistant on a fixed term basis until 23rd August 2026. You will be required to work 17.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday from 8.30am to 12pm. We are looking for someone who will be able to support the delivery of the curriculum, run groups or provide intervention support where necessary. The successful candidate will work across the school and may include working with children with additional needs. Our Learning Support Assistants work as an integral part of the team where we work to ensure that we all fly high together. This is an excellent time to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Swallowdale Primary School, as we continue to work collaboratively to deliver a high quality education and meaningful experiences to our children and young people. Responsibilities

* Support the delivery of the curriculum, run groups or provide intervention support where necessary.
* Work across the school and, where appropriate, with children with additional needs.
* Collaborate as part of the team to help all learners achieve high standards.


Qualifications

* Have an appropriate qualification and/or experience of working with children in an educational setting.
* Be flexible and adaptable; this role is varied and requires resourcefulness.
* Be a team player whilst also using their own initiative.
* Have a good understanding of the primary curriculum and use this to support children's learning.
* Value and model inclusion in line with the school ethos.
