Blue Arrow Burton is seeking skilled and passionate Chef de Partie professionals to join an established kitchen team in Uttoxeter. This is an ongoing assignment offering consistent hours, a supportive working environment, and the opportunity to contribute to a well-regarded catering operation.

Location: Rochester, Uttoxeter
Pay Rate: £15.45 per hour
Hours: 7:00am - 2:30pm, Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve high-quality meals following set recipes and portion guidelines
* Maintain a clean, organised kitchen in line with Food Safety and Health & Safety standards
* Ensure proper food hygiene practices including storage, labelling, and temperature checks
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service
* Assist with stock control and report shortages or wastage
* Uphold a professional and positive attitude in a busy kitchen environment
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or higher
* Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards
