Fleet Sales Support Executive - Milton Keynes

* About The Role

* SALARY: Starting from £24,028.80 pa dependent on experience

LOCATION: Milton Keynes

HYBRID WORKING: Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 60% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office however flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role.

We’re looking for a Fleet Customer Services Executive to support the delivery of a comprehensive range of fleet products and services, specialising in the growth and development of our contract hire portfolio for corporate and fleet customers.

This fast-paced role will be instrumental in delivering service excellence by managing vehicle orders, coordinating deliveries, and building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Responding to enquiries, mainly by phone and email.
• Entering / handling customer data, ensuring that processing procedures and response time guidelines are followed, with speed and accuracy.
• Processing vehicle orders weekly, keeping systems and customers updated.
• Liaison between the customer and the dealership for vehicle delivery details
• Payment of supplier vehicle invoices
• Responding on email/admin queries and using outbound calls as a ‘one and done’ to get the right customer outcomes
• Taking responsibility for ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered at all times
• Ensure clarity and understanding of a customers’ requirement by providing proactive customer service, with excellent industry and product knowledge.
• Monitoring, diarising and completing daily administration tasks.

Essential experience & skills

• Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone
• Sense of urgency and motivated to respond swiftly
• PC Literate
• Excellent written and spoken communication capabilities
• Strong customer service focus is essential
• An understanding of the Data Protection Act and Consumer Credit Act is desirable
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively both verbally and written.
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
