A wonderful primary school located in the Erdington area of Birmingham is eager to secure an outgoing, experience and highly personable Learning Support Assistant to support the all-round development of two KS2 pupils with complex learning needs in a full-time role for the coming academic year.
In this role as a Learning Support Assistant, the successful candidate will be required to provide dedicated individual and small group academic, social and emotional support to two KS2 children with complex learning difficulties in a full-time role for the coming academic year.

Learning Support Assistant – Role Information:
1. Providing individual & small group SEN support to KS2 children
2. Creating warm, safe and comforting environment for pupils
3. Working both inside and out of the classroom setting
4. Monday to Friday role from September 2025 to July 2026
5. Paid £475 per week during term time before tax – 08.30am – 15.30pm working hours
6. Located in Erdington (B12) area

Learning Support Assistant – Applicant Requirements:
15. Minimum 2:1 2025 or obtained Psychology or Childhood Studies degree
16. Prior experience tutoring, mentoring or teaching desirable
17. Strong organisation and communication skillset
18. Passionate about supporting development of children
19. Ability to build rapport with young people
