This full-time, permanent position comes with a TLR, offering an exciting opportunity to take on additional leadership responsibilities within the Social Sciences department while teaching up to KS5.

Responsibilities
• Teach Psychology across KS3, KS4, and KS5, delivering engaging and research-led lessons
• Lead a key area within the department as part of the TLR responsibilities
• Support students in developing analytical and critical thinking skills
• Work collaboratively to enhance the Psychology curriculum with real-world applications
• Contribute to extracurricular activities such as psychology clubs and student-led research projects
Qualifications and Experience
• Degree in Psychology or a related subject
• PGCE or QTS
• Experience teaching Psychology up to KS5
• Leadership experience or a willingness to take on TLR responsibilities
