Flexible Small Animal Vet opportunity! Work at YourVets Sheldon on a 2 week on, 2 week off rota pattern, offering you a great work-life balance!
Are you a Vet looking for flexibility that works for you? A Locum Vet who enjoys variety but would like to enjoy some of the benefits and security of a permanent role? A Vet living outside the UK who would like the opportunity to work in the UK but continue to live in your current location? A Vet who likes general practice but wants to enjoy a better work-life balance?
We are looking to recruit another small animal vet to join us as a Flexible Veterinary Surgeon to work two six-day weeks Monday-Saturday before then having two weeks off!
We have a great caseload, supportive team, high quality equipment and the environment to grow and flourish, giving you stress-free support and clinical development. You will be part of our bigger group of 5 practices consisting of 30 FTE Vets with multiple certificate holders providing the opportunity for clinical progression and to see your cases through from start to finish.
With our practices being based in the West Midlands you will have access to regular public transport and airport links.

Recognising and rewarding hard work is vital to us. Our people are our greatest asset and this is why our pro rata salary and benefits package reflects this:
2. Up to £65, FTE per annum, dependant on experience
3. Two six day working weeks, followed by two weeks off
4. Accommodation provided
We know that benefits are key, and that your personal benefits priorities will differ from others. Pensions, discounts, paternal leave, fee payments or share save schemes might be your priority. Flexible working is essential for others, and we are very open to finding a creative working pattern that suits. For clinical staff, CPD is probably critical. Just so you know we offer a wide range of amazing CPD – you'll have access to Knowledge Hub, the best online veterinary learning resource within the industry - and we also offer an allowance to spend on external courses too.
