The home is a supported living scheme, with three ladies and one gentleman who live here. Residents participate in activities such as attending day centres, shopping, and social outings. One resident enjoys drives with a mobility car and visits to the hairdresser. Others enjoy holidays, coffee shops, theatre visits, and personal interests such as nails, bags, and jigsaws. All colleagues undertake a structured induction program, as well as specialist training, to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to safely support the people we support. We have an in-house training team and work with local professionals and expert training providers.
