As a Contracts Manager you will be responsible for a diverse portfolio of work covering utilities and infrastructure in a variety of sectors. You will need to be a great communicator and leader who accepts full ownership of projects from start to finish, always ensuring that our people are safe, the environment is protected, quality is of the highest standard and our clients are fully satisfied.
The role will include:

* CITB SMSTS
* Temporary works coordinator
* CSCS
* Appointed Persons
* Excellent leadership skills
* Excellent organisation and problem solving skills
* Ability to communicate effectively and ensure client satisfaction
* HNC / Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or equivalent
* Knowledge of NEC 3 or 4
* Excellent programme knowledge and ability to manage change
