Job Description for Support Role with Year 9 Student
We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide one-on-one support to a Year 9 student with autism. The ideal candidate should embody youthfulness, vivacity, and possess a strong personality to effectively support the student's needs.
Responsibilities include:
1. Providing consistent support and establishing well-defined boundaries to aid the student's progress.
2. Supporting the development of independence, resilience, and collaborative skills.

* All candidates must undertake or have completed a valid enhanced DBS check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service.
Rate of pay depends on qualifications and experience. All pay rates include statutory holiday pay (12.07%). This is a temporary position with the potential for permanence in the future.
