A respected housing organisation in the Inverness area is seeking a proactive and well‑organised Lettings Co‑ordinator to join the team on an 18‑month fixed‑term contract. Your new role
As the Lettings Co‑Ordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that properties are maintained to a high standard and that tenants receive a responsive and effective service. You will be responsible for scheduling repairs and coordinating a range of property maintenance activities, working closely with contractors and internal colleagues to make sure work ispleted efficiently. The role also involves carrying out tenancy inspections and undertaking property visits, so a full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.You will manage a variety of tenant enquiries, providing clear information and resolving issues promptly. Accurate record keeping is an important part of the position, and you will use Microsoft 365 to update systems, process information and produce reports when required. Working collaboratively with your team, you will help to ensure smooth service delivery and a positive experience for tenants at all stages of their tenancy.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you should bring previous experience in housing, lettings or tenancy management, along with strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail. Confidence in using Microsoft 365 is essential, and you should have solid Excel skills to support effective data management. A team-focused attitude, strongmunication abilities and a customer-centred approach will also be key to succeeding in this position.
