Currently we have exciting opportunities across our group where you can contribute to supporting our jobseekers to find sustainable employment. We are seeking a passionate, energetic and solutions focused Employment Coach to join our Warwick team on a part time basis working from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, 3 days per week.
The Job
1. Achieve KPI’s linked to placing jobseekers into sustainable employment
2. Organise appropriate interventions and strategies to help job seekers find and maintain employment
3. Deliver high quality, timely, professional recruitment and training services to our jobseekers
4. Business develop – sourcing and maintaining ongoing relationships with employers and community groups
5. Adhere to contractual compliance processes and procedures

8. Ability to help customers from all walks of life
9. Excellent communications skills
10. Work well under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
