You will join Senior Trainee, 1wte Core Trainee, 1wte Foundation Year trainee, and a physician associate within the service, and will have the opportunity to influence future direction, treatment, and models of design in the area in which you work.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
You will be expected to:
23. Work as part of multidisciplinary teams providing care to older adult people with mental health needs, within the inpatient setting.
24. Provide senior medical support and guidance to the team
25. Work directly with older adults and their families and liaise as appropriate with other external mental health providers and acute hospitals
26. Participate in the on-call rota frequency is currently 1:50, with a 3% of basic salary, Category A on-call supplement.
27. Support your peers and team leader, and be an effective team member whilst allowing them to work with their own initiative
28. Work alongside 5wte Senior Trainee, 1wte Core Trainee, 1wte Foundation Year trainee, and a physician associate
29. Commit to collaborative working, actively supporting and liaising with other health and social professionals, and agencies.
