Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our sales team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers directly at their homes or businesses to promote our products and services. The ideal candidate is personable, persuasive, and has a strong understanding of canvassing techniques the ability to build rapport quickly. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing their sales skills and expanding their business development experience in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

* Conduct door-to-door outreach to identify and engage potential customers in assigned territories
* Present product features and benefits clearly and confidently to prospective clients
* Utilize telemarketing and warm calling techniques to generate leads and follow up on inquiries
* Negotiate terms and close sales effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
* Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing outreach effectiveness
* Follow up with prospects via outbound calling to nurture leads and convert them into customers
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and objections professionally
* Assist in business development efforts by identifying new markets and opportunities

Skills

* Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to persuade effectively
* Experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or inside sales preferred
* Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
* Knowledge of telemarketing, outbound calling, and warm calling strategies
* Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of motivation and organization
* Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
* Fluency in English
* Familiarity with marketing concepts and business development strategies
* Strong interpersonal skills combined with effective presentation abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,420.00-£50,000.00 per year
