Job Description:
Responsibilities
* Accompany and support RBLD in implementing and monitoring the growth strategic plan.
* Conduct strategic intelligence and analysis, market studies, and support in creating budgets and action plans for regions/countries.
* Support the external growth process and the M&A team (validation of the strategic interest of targets, potential synergies, etc.).
* Develop marketing materials in conjunction with Business Line & Regions marketing teams, and prepare strategy presentations for internal and external purposes.
* Benchmark and share organizational and commercial best practices.
* Provide operational support in regional coordination between Service Line x countries and manage operating model interfaces.
* Coordinate the network of representatives of all Business Line activities across the region.
* Organize the EURA ESC Business Line steering committee, identify topics, solicit stakeholders, prepare materials, and facilitate meetings.
* Participate in cross-functional dynamics of the Business Line, covering building, low-carbon energy, water, and the environment sectors.
Skills and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in development, construction, business, or related field.
* Experience ideally in a consulting firm and/or a construction or engineering company within a matrix organization.
* Proficiency in Excel and Oracle databases.
* Ability to work autonomously on multiple projects with different contacts (e.g., executive committee members, operational staff).
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Team spirit, analytical skills, and tenacity.
