About us
We’re looking for a confident, capable HR Advisor to join our fast growing HR Consultancy – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and can provide professional, practical advice across multiple sectors.
Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders, you'll be the go-to for HR support, employee relations matters and policy guidance – from advising on disciplinaries and grievances to helping line managers implement best practice. You’ll also play a part in policy development, analytics, training delivery, and more.
What you’ll be doing:
1. First-line support for line managers across a portfolio of clients on all things HR
2. Advising on disciplinary, absence and grievance processes
3. Providing clear, concise written reports and outcome letters
4. Supporting HRBPs with casework and projects
5. Spotting trends in data and helping improve policies and processes
6. Getting involved in recruitment, job design and interviews
7. Helping develop and deliver line manager workshops
8. Working with clients across various sectors – no two days will be the same
Who we are looking for:
If you are an experienced HR Advisor looking for a change, we want to hear from you.
With a friendly, approachable style you will have:
9. CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent
10. A professional, generalist HR background.
11. Confident advising on complex employee relations cases
12. Excellent written communication – clear and professional
13. Able to build rapport quickly and flex your style to suit
14. A “can do”, client service approach.
15. Excellent communication skills are essential, together with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels and build credibility quickly.
