POSITION SUMMARY

By joining at the start of our next growth phase, the candidate will be at the forefront of our digital growth delivery team across 3 industry leading brands.
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Reporting to the Head of Digital, manage at least 3 x D2C E-Commerce sites and 2 x B2B marketplaces.
* Lead day-to-day trading of E-Commerce sites, ensuring products and content are accurate, inspiring, and optimised for conversion.
* Own ecommerce KPIs (conversion, AOV, traffic, bounce/exit rates) and deliver actionable insights.
* Partner with marketing and operations teams to manage product lifecycle, availability, and trading opportunities.
* Manage and coordinate homepage updates, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and new product launches, ensuring flawless on-site execution
* Analyse customer journeys, UI, UX, site performance, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
* Oversee web development, site, customer and user experience enhancements and provide clear briefs to web development agency, ensuing requirements are clear, timelines and budget are met.
* Responsible for onsite SEO development and performance.
* Oversee and support integrations and new functionality between Shopify and other business systems.
* Oversee and implement ongoing platform / app maintenance, upgrades and custom feature development e.g. custom apps, payment flows, UX/CX etc. including security, compliance and data protection e.g. SSL, PCI, patches
* Support performance marketing channels across Paid Media, SEO, affiliates and email marketing.
* Ensure all promotional activity & transactions are tested with operations and finance to ensure smooth running of income channel.
* Provide regular Ecommerce sales and performance reports to teams and stakeholders.
* Work with finance to ensure compliance of all payment gateways & correct reconciliation of transactions
* Driving new best practice, disruptive techniques and cutting-edge approaches to deliver on our digital first vision
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU RIGHT FOR THIS ROLE?
* At least 5 years experience managing E-Commerce sites across B2C, D2C, B2B businesses.
* Understanding of E-Commerce & performance marketing in a fast-paced environment
* Advanced Experience using Shopify - Essential
* Experience using GA4 or equivalent Analytics tools.
* Strong understanding of content strategy, technical/ onsite SEO
* In depth knowledge of user journey mapping and CRO.
* Knowledge of Performance Marketing channels e.g. Paid Search, Display, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing etc.
* Experience of Klaviyo or equivalent ESP for segmentation and optimisation of user journeys
* Proven track record of designing, developing, and launching websites from concept to completion.
* Demonstrated ability to manage external web development agencies.
* Strong analytical and technical skills.
* Excellent campaign project management skills and experience of driving high quality and digital marketing activity on time and to budget
* Entrepreneurial mindset with an autonomous working style
* Knowledge of the aesthetics, beauty and retail landscape.
