Role overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Shopper Marketing Manager to join our UK Brand Team to cover a period of maternity leave. As a key player in our marketing department, you will champion our fantastic brands, developing and executing strategic brand initiatives to drive consumer engagement and business growth within the retail and ecomm environment. This role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This is a Fixed Term Contract covering a period of maternity leave (approx. 12 months).
Responsibilities
1. Create and execute exciting shopper marketing plans and deliver best in class shopper marketing.
2. Act as a brand champion, working with the UK Brand Team to develop and deploy annual brand plans.
3. Budget management - be a sharp operator with a founder's mentality to manage brand budgets efficiently, not accepting waste and unnecessary spending.
4. Collaborate with the wider marketing team to implement a cohesive approach for key marketing initiatives that will drive results in retail and ecommerce that ladders up to the brand’s overall strategy.
