1. Delivering intellectually rigorous lessons across Microeconomics and Macroeconomics, ensuring students master foundational concepts like supply and demand, market failure, and aggregate demand.
2. Teaching students how to interpret and analyze complex economic data, including GDP growth, inflation indices, and unemployment trends.
3. Preparing Year 11 and Year 13 students for GCSE and A-Level examinations, with a heavy emphasis on developing the evaluative essay-writing skills required for top marks.
4. Facilitating healthy classroom debate on economic theories—ranging from Keynesianism to Free Market perspectives—and their application to current UK policy.
5. Leading extracurricular initiatives such as "Young Enterprise," investment clubs, or national economic essay competitions to stretch high-attaining students.

The Successful Candidate We are looking for an analytical thinker who can make abstract theories tangible and relevant. Requirements include:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Economics, Finance, or a related Social Science discipline.
* Exceptional subject knowledge and a passion for staying current with global economic developments.
