Job Description:
The Osteotec Spine Division is searching for a Territory Sales Manager to join their team in the West Midlands. Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, and Derby are the ideal locations.
Brief Description: The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales in the designated territory in line with company objectives.
With the guidance of the Sales Manager, the Territory Sales Manager handles all elements of the sales cycle, including setting objectives, planning, implementing activities, reviewing results, and adjusting plans as needed.
The role involves growing Osteotec’s business by directly selling products to Spine Surgeons, clinical and non-clinical decision makers, and enhancing customer service. The manager will also support new customer acquisition through technical expertise in the territory.
Responsibilities:
* Promote, demonstrate, and sell a range of spine products to NHS and private hospitals.
* Achieve sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and annual basis.
* Sell and demonstrate medical equipment within theatre and clinical environments.
* Conduct trials and evaluations to drive sales.
* Provide excellent customer service and support new customer acquisition.
* Develop and implement an effective sales business plan.
* Manage resources and materials, including consignment stock in hospitals.
* Build and maintain relationships with key customers and decision makers, including surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital procurement.
* Organize and conduct training workshops with surgical and theatre staff.
* Report regularly to Sales Managers on sales activities and market conditions.
* Build relationships with key opinion leaders in the territory.
* Ensure all activities comply with ethical and legal standards.
* Liaise with other company functions to meet sales objectives.
* Spend approximately 80% of time in theatre environments.
* Perform other relevant duties as required.
