Remote Conveyancer
Location: Fully Remote (UK)
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 (DOE) + Bonus

Capio is partnering with a well established and forward thinking Law firm to appoint an experienced Conveyancer to join their growing team on a fully remote basis.
You’ll handle a varied caseload with full administrative support, modern systems, and the ability to work flexibly from home. The Role
You’ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages and transfers of equity
* Title checks, reporting and contract drafting
* Managing client relationships throughout the transaction
* Liaising with agents, lenders, brokers and third parties
* Using case management systems to progress files efficiently
You’ll be supported by a friendly, well structured remote team and benefit from clear processes that allow you to focus on technical work, not admin.
About You
* Minimum 3 years’ experience running a residential conveyancing caseload
* Confident handling files independently from start to finish
* Strong communicator with a calm, client focused approach
* Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workflow
* Good working knowledge of modern conveyancing systems and procedures
* Proactive, organised and able to meet deadlines without supervision
