About The Role
Atlas Facilities Management is looking to recruit an experienced Contract Manager based in Cambridge, overseeing the City Airport, including hangars and grounds. Experience in a similar environment would be advantageous.
What we are paying: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum
The working hours will be: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Flexibility in start and finish times is required, with occasional weekend hours depending on business demand.
Background checks will be conducted in line with Airside requirements. A full clean driving license is essential.
You will also be responsible for a small number of nearby client contracts, details to be discussed at interview.

What you shall be doing/responsible for:
* Plan, organize within agreed budgets and timescales
* Develop and maintain excellent client relationships to meet and exceed expectations
* Recruit, motivate, and develop direct reports
* Develop management team through appraisals, feedback, performance management, and coaching
* Communicate regularly with your team via meetings and toolbox talks
* Control contract operations: expenditure, budgets, client satisfaction, service delivery, site visits
* Ensure activities comply with quality management, health & safety, legal, environmental policies
* Promote company values and ensure integrity and social responsibility
* Audit sites and ensure team compliance with audits and quality assurance
* Develop individual accounts, including revenue growth and service improvements
* Manage mobilisation of new contracts, delegate tasks as necessary
* Communicate effectively across all levels and departments
* Hold regular meetings with client stakeholders
* Ensure scheduled PPM works and coordinate subcontractors
* Place orders for stores and consumables
* Coordinate work tasks for roaming operatives
* Compile monthly reports on expenditure and performance, requiring Excel skills

* Health & safety awareness, ideally IOSH certified
* Right to work in the UK (bring evidence to interview)
* A basic DBS check will be required
