We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff (only UK National/ Resident) to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve serving beverages, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
* Serve drinks and food to customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
* Prepare beverages according to standard recipes and ensure quality control.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including equipment and utensils.
* Assist with food preparation as required, adhering to food safety standards.
* Engage with guests to provide excellent guest services and enhance their experience.
* Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase sales.
* Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for billing purposes.
* Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery.
* Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service efficiency.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is essential.
* Basic culinary skills and kitchen experience would be advantageous.
* Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating a positive customer experience.
* Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
