Requirements for this role:
* Level 3 Childcare qualification
* Minimum 1 years’ experience in an early years setting.
* Passionate about childcare and child development.
* • Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding along with SEN experience.
* • Organised, proactive, and able to lead by example.
* • Excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and lead daily routines, activities, and learning opportunities in your room.
* Plan and implement engaging activities to support children’s development.
* Work closely with the management team to maintain high standards.
* Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development.
* Act as a key person to a group of children, building strong relationships with them and their families.
* Provide high-quality care and education for children in line with the EYFS framework
* Ensure the environment is safe, stimulating, and inclusive at all times.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the nursery.
* Take responsibility for observations, assessments, and planning.
* Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
