We are looking for talented and driven Equity Reward specialists to join our team. The successful candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including privately owned businesses and listed companies. Responsibilities include business development activities, client proposals, presentations, and technical writing. We seek individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us.
Roles and responsibilities
* Support the client service team on Equity Reward projects, including designing and structuring incentive plans, advising on tax and commercial impacts, and reviewing existing plans.
* Assist with compliance and disclosure matters related to share plans.
* Interact regularly with clients, present reports, and manage projects.
* Collaborate with other teams to provide integrated advice.
* Delegate and review work of junior team members, and support their development.
* Contribute to innovative solutions and knowledge management.

Qualifications and experience
