Role Responsibilities (Full spec available):
* Provide on-site and remote desktop support in a Windows environment
* Troubleshoot hardware, Microsoft 365, and access-related issues
* Manage incidents and collaborate with internal teams
* Participate in rotational on-call support
* Automates deployments and fixes (PowerShell, scripts)
* Provide 1st through to 3rd line support
Ideal Candidates:
* Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
* Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills
* Practical experience working in fast-paced, time-critical environments- Industry/trading floor experience highly desired
* Someone who's eager and ready to learn and take on new challenges!
