Pentland Land Rover Perth is seeking a proactive, customer-focused, qualified Parts Advisor to join our team. You will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers requesting vehicle servicing, maintenance, or repairs.
Key Responsibilities as Parts Advisor:
* Accurately identify customer parts requirements
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new and updated parts
* Be aware of seasonal requirements, recalls, and special offers in the Parts Department
* Maintain parts stock and records
* Check and process incoming deliveries, report discrepancies
* Obtain receipts, payments, or authorized signatures for parts issued
* Assist in stocktaking activities
* Process parts orders efficiently
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
* Contribute to compliance with company policies and industry guidelines
Skills Required:
* Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
* Focused and self-motivated
* Professional with excellent communication skills
Experience Needed:
* Previous experience in a main dealership parts department is essential
* Core computing skills including web systems, email, and Excel
* Experience with Pinnacle is desirable but not essential
