About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering a personalised and engaging curriculum to pupils with a range of needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges. Working closely with a skilled team of teaching assistants and therapists, you'll help each child reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCPs
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
* Collaborate with parents, carers, and external professionals
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting strategies as needed
* Contribute to the wider school community and SEN development
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with children with SEN (in mainstream or specialist settings)
* Strong understanding of inclusive teaching practices and behaviour support strategies
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A nurturing, patient, and creative approach to teaching
