Our client is a group of Engineering companies based in Hampshire and they are investing heavily in people development, performance, and culture.
As part of their continued evolution, they’re seeking a creative and proactive Digital Designer - eLearning to drive the design and delivery of impactful, blended learning experiences.
This role sits within the Learning & Development team, focused on delivering high-quality internal training content.
We are looking to engage with a confident, independent learning designer who can bring ideas to life through digital and blended learning formats.
The successful candidate will lead multiple projects at pace, using their creativity and initiative to deliver engaging, inclusive learning solutions. Working alongside senior stakeholders and HR teams, they will translate business needs into practical and innovative learning interventions that drive real results.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Design and implement professional learning modules for both technical & professional
Create engaging, blended learning materials across video, digital, and instructor-led formats
Translate subject matter expertise into structured, learner-friendly experiences
Use learning platforms (Docebo) to deploy interactive content and track engagement
Support HR and L&D teams in identifying training needs and shaping learning pathways
Manage multiple projects concurrently, from brief to delivery
Ensure all learning is tailored to different learning styles and accessibility needs
Skills & Experience Required:
5+ years’ experience in an instructional design or digital learning role
Background in Learning & Development with added digital capability
Experience using LMS tools such as Docebo, Articulate, Adobe Captivate or similar
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, especially at senior levels
Ability to manage competing deadlines and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
Creative thinker with a strong eye for engaging learning experiences
Proven ability to work independently and produce content without microdirection
Based within commuting distance of Chandler’s Ford and open to occasional travel

Salary: Circa £40,000 + Bonus (Some flexibility for right candidate)
