Contract: Permanent 37 hrs per week
Role specifics: ILM Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent (or commence qualification within 6 months of starting and completing within 2 years of accepting the post). NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or HND in Business and Finance (or commence qualification within 6 months of starting and completing within 2 years of accepting the post).

The Role
Grade F; scp17 £31,022 to scp23 £34,434 pay award pending.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Business Support Officer to lead and develop the Business Support Team within Community Safety Services. This key role provides operational leadership, high quality business support and direct project assistance to teams helping to keep our communities safe.
You will manage Business Support Officers on a day‑to‑day basis while also supporting the wider service, ensuring administrative, information and governance systems operate efficiently and to a high standard. Working closely with colleagues and partner agencies, you will help drive continuous improvement in a fast paced environment.
