About the role
The Outbound Logistics Analyst role supports the business by supporting day to day management of Outbound carrier accounts, including payments, invoicing and performance service levels. Working collaboratively across Logistics, Fulfilment, Supply Chain and Customer Care, to ensure the expected customer and financial outcomes are achieved.
You will be part of the team responsible for the production of all reporting, data and analysis at various levels of Outbound Logistics.
* Working collaboratively and proactively to establish the data requirements and reporting needs of Logistics and business.
* Presenting data initiatives updates to the team and other interested parties, providing both business insights and technical views as to how we can improve key business measures.
* Developing and updating actionable reports and datasets for key stakeholders using various reporting and query tools to create reporting data assets.
* Ensuring the governance of data and quality is adhered to.
* Working collaboratively to enhance and develop best practice within the team.
* Following the latest trends and developments in data visualization.
About you
* Experience working with 3rd party suppliers (which may include Delivery Carriers).
* Experience in Financial processing (payments, invoicing or budget management).
* Experience within Logistics operations, with knowledge of Warehousing and returns environments.
* Stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and the Power ecosystem.
* Good command of Excel, and Office 365, ideally with understanding of SQL.
