Duties As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in the effective day-to-day running of the home and act as a role model for the staff team. You will: Provide leadership and supervision to care staff. Ensure high standards of care and safeguarding. Support the development and implementation of tailored care/support plans. Assist in maintaining compliance with Ofsted standards and internal policies. Foster a homely, therapeutic environment. Promote positive outcomes and resilience. Criteria Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK No sponsorship is available. Previous experience working within a residential childrens setting. A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent). Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support a team effectively. Sound knowledge of safeguarding practices and childrens home regulations. A passion for improving the lives of children with EBD and learning disabilities.
