Teaching Personnel is looking for committed and resilient Cover Supervisors to join a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) provision in Leigh. This is a rewarding opportunity to support students who benefit from a tailored curriculum, with a focus on Functional Skills in English and Maths.
The Role:
* Working 4 days a week in a single SEMH provision
* Supporting students aged 11–16 with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
* Delivering and supervising pre-set Functional Skills lessons
* Building positive relationships and promoting engagement
* Collaborating with a supportive team in a structured environment
✅ What You’ll Need:
* Experience working with young people (education, youth work, or care settings ideal)
* Confidence in managing behaviour and promoting positive learning
* Basic knowledge of Functional Skills (English and Maths)
* Patience, resilience, and a passion for making a difference
Location: Leigh
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: 4 days per week (long-term placement)
